Oleacamphre

A stimulating warming oil for use prior to exercise.

Only requires a maximum of 5 minutes deep massage
for total body preparation. warm-up oil

Using this oil, you can warm-up the muscles before training or a sports session.

For the team physiotherapist, this oil enables fast preparation of the entire team.

Very successfully used by one client with a long-standing problem of shin splints where an application of Oleacamphre before play has enabled her to continue playing netball to a very high level, rather than have to drop out of the game in severe pain.

*** Shin splints is the name given to pain at the front of the lower leg. The most common cause is inflammation of the periostium of the tibia. The injury is an overuse injury and can be caused by running on hard surfaces or running on tip toes. It is also common in sports where a lot of jumping is involved.
